International Orders and Exchanges
For international orders, we can only accept exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our exchange process detailed in the next section.
UK Domestic Purchases and Refunds
Customers within the United Kingdom may be eligible for refunds in accordance with our return policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy section for further details.
Exchanges for International Orders
Eligibility: For international customers, exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for exchange. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Photographic Evidence
For international customers initiating an exchange, we recommend taking clear photographs of the item in good lighting before returning it to us. This evidence will be helpful in cases of potential damage during transportation.
